Tag Your Riding Partner Contest Rules

Approximate retail value: $385 - $415

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply; void where prohibited.  NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY; A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the number of votes received.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to worldwide participants, ages 18 and over. Employees of Spark R&D and their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and grandparents), and those domiciled with any of the foregoing are not eligible. Recipient must be following Spark R&D on Instagram at the time of selection to be fully eligible. 

TIMING: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time (“MDT”) on October 18th, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MDT October 23rd, 2018. Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.

TO ENTER: To enter electronically, visit our Instagram post found at @sparkrandd and tag up to but no more than 3 people you are looking forward to splitboarding with next winter. Your post enters you and the people you tagged in the post. Participants can be entered up to two times. Once for tagging friends, once for being tagged. 

WINNER SELECTION:  On or about October 24th, 2018, a random drawing from among all eligible entries will be conducted under Sponsor’s supervision. Potential winners will be notified by Instagram that their name was drawn.  If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, any prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. Recipient must be following Spark R&D on Instagram at the time of selection to be fully eligible. 

GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS:  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and the winner, and the awarding of the prize), which are final and binding in all respects.

PRIVACY: No personal information is collected or kept by the sponsor during this contest.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:  Except where prohibited by law, by entering you agree that: (i) all issues and questions concerning the interpretation, validity, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law; (ii) any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Montana, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action; (iii) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (iv) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Contest but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iv) you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

WINNER IDENTITY:  The winner's identity will be made known via a public comment on the post notifying the winner that their name was selected.
