Spark R&D proud to be involved with ‘Deeper’ and ‘POW’

powlogo11Spark R&D is proud to be announce that we’re sponsoring ‘Deeper’, a backcountry big mountain snowboarding film in the works from TGR and Jeremy Jones. From the source:

The film is a two-year project and is slated for release in the fall of 2010. “We are focusing on the hard to reach zones that are not accessible by helicopters, ski lifts and snow machines. We will be trekking deep into the mountains and spending days living in snow caves and tents at the base of some of the true gems that have eluded me for so long. We need two years to do this film right and get the lines we want on film” says Jones.

Is POW for real? I purchased two flicks, My own two feet here from you, and Teton’s Under the Influence and both had promotions to join POW for one year through a form online. The form said someone would be in contact with me, but I have never heard from anyone. Hard to support a good idea when there is no follow through.

Congratulations on the sponsorship, your product is the motivation I needed to stop carrying my board on my back 🙂
