Prior Topsheet Exhibition & Voting

Whistler, British Columbia — Since 2001, Prior has been working with some of the Sea to Sky’s finest artists to create pieces that represent the Whistler lifestyle and culture. We have used these artworks to adorn our line of locally handcrafted skis and boards that have been sold all over the world.

This year, Prior would again like to find out from the people of Whistler, Pemberton and Squamish what artwork they believe represents their community, lifestyle and culture in this mountain paradise. To do this, we are hosting an exhibition, in partnership with the Whistler Arts Council, that showcases local artists’ work and asks the public to cast the final decision.

The winning piece will then be added to our product line for Winter 2014/2015. The winning artist will receive two custom built boards or skis(pairs) with their artwork on it and a soft goods pro pack, and not to mention have their graphic available on our entire selection of skis, snowboards and splitboards.

A jury of industry professionals will select a short list of 15-20 works they believe meet the above criteria.

The exhibition will run until October 31 so be sure to swing by and vote!
